From small beginnings, one property and many years’ experience, we found there was a desire from our Guests for high-end luxury rental ‘homes away from home’. Aiming at providing unique experiences to our Guests, we developed a formula that combines attention to our Guests’ expectations, high-end services, quality properties with consideration to the finest of details. All professionally organised to provide a truly memorable vacation experience where our Guests come and share our love and passion for this “Little Piece of Paradise”.

About Us
Our team members are a mix of people, Italians from Siena and Milano and British from London, multilingual, with an understanding of the business and a broad outlook over the world and the desires of our Guests.
A diverse group with experience from many areas such as hotel management and concierge, finance, real estate, marketing, photography and law enforcement, our Team members complement each other. Together we achieve the result of our Guests enjoying the delights of a Tuscan dream vacation in the most comfortable of villas where they are taken care of discreetly and with the highest of professional standards.
This formula proved successful and we began to selectively expand our operations by including in our collection exclusive Villas within the Siena area with special attention to comfort and style of the houses.

Anna Crawford
Director
Anna fell in love with the ‘Siena’ area of Tuscany while on vacation herself many years ago. Having had the opportunity of enjoying a property within the private estate of Arceno, she has returned every year to relax and enjoy the Chianti. With a strong background in accountancy and having married Ross, they decided to share their experience of this region with guests from all over the world .. the seed of Arceno Rentals Club was sown.
Ross Crawford
Founder
With interests in many areas including graphic design, photography, food, cooking, wine, horticulture and carpentry, Tuscany was sure to grab his interest having been introduced to this most delicious of regions by his Italian wife Anna.
Stefano Finetti
Director
Locally born, Stefano also has a background in accountancy and has worked for many years developing his experience as a project manager within a large multinational company with a presence in the Siena area. With a strong network of suppliers and tradespeople, Stefano takes care of the property management side of the business.
Gaia Mini
Concierge Manager
Siena born and bred, Gaia has spent many years in the hospitality industry, among hoteliers, chefs, restauranteurs and many other people who make up the world of vacation experiences. With extensive knowledge of how to provide ‘Five Star Concierge Services’, she has an excellent network of contacts and her knowledge of those ‘oh, so special’ places are second to none. Gaia’s exuberant and bubbly personality has ensured her popularity with our Guests, often described as an ‘angel’ providing ‘superb’ assistance. Gaia speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish.
