Casa Rossella is found within the ‘Casale’ of San Giovanni, centrally located on the beautiful and historic estate of Arceno, one of the few intact estates in the Chianti Region of Tuscany. The estate showcases olive groves, vineyards, cypress avenues, forest, ‘strade bianche’ (white roads) and, at around a thousand hectares, is also a designated nature reserve.
The property can comfortably host two Guests, offers a private garden and a shared pool furnished with sunbeds and sunshade.
Casa Rossella is accessed through a quaint and neat garden which leads to a little terrace with sunshade and outdoor furniture. The front door leads straight into a well-equipped kitchen and dining room, off which the stairs lead to the upper floor. To one side of the dining room, a doorway leads into a snug living room with an open fireplace and off this room is a full bathroom with shower. Upstairs the master bedroom is found with ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The master bedroom also has air-conditioning. Above the bathroom and within the bedroom is a gallery with a small desk. Tastefully comfortable, the bedroom has beautiful views over the estate.
Managed by ArcenoRentalsClub, the Guests will enjoy complimentary Concierge services, a warm welcome and a generous welcome basket with local delicacies and wines upon arrival. All throughout the stay, we offer also olive oil and house wine, along with coffee pods and other consumables. Weekly rates include cleaning upon arrival and mid-week, bathroom toiletries, linen, towels (also pool towels) and bathrobes. Change of linen and towels is provided every three-four days for stays on at least seven nights. Included also utility costs, WI-FI, visitors’ tax and VAT.
Casa Rossella is an ideal retreat for a romantically inclined couple, bijou, cosy, tranquil yet within easy reach of the local ‘ristoranti’ some of which are Michelin starred, renowned wineries, the nearest being the ‘Tenuta di Arceno’s’ own, a five-minute walk away. The local town Castelnuovo and services are a five-minute drive; Siena is within twenty minutes for the night life, more ‘ristoranti’, shopping and when the time comes the famous ‘Palio’ horse race with all its pageantry, traditions and atmosphere.
The possibilities of Casa Rossella are many, cosying up to an open fire or having ‘aperitivi’ or lunch on the terrace are some. There is also a private shared pool within the ‘Casale’ for a dip. Casa Rossella is ideally situated for exploring Tuscany, yet the estate also offers the possibility of leisurely walks along the kilometres of white roads from which to spot birds, butterflies and other wildlife from deer, porcupines and more. If more active recreation is desired, cycling or horse riding amongst many other activities can be found nearby.

Arceno Rentals Club provides complimentary Concierge services to enhance our Guests’ experience and to assist them in organising a true Tuscan holiday. Assistance is provided from the moment of the reservation until the end of our Guests’ stay at the property.
Our Guests are assisted by a dedicated English speaking Concierge. Their Tuscan experience may be personalised according to their wishes. Activities may be planned well in advance to ensure the best of all options. Transfers may also be organised. Our Guests are welcomed in person at the Villa and supported on arrival with all necessary information regarding the property and the local surroundings.
During their stay the Guests are able to reach our local Team for assistance at any time.
We wish to make our Guests feel at “home” and enjoy all amenities that Tuscany may offer. A generous complimentaty Welcome Hamper is offered with selected wines and food upon arrival.
Hospitality amenities, (including house wine, spirits, coffee, oil and house consumables), along with selected bathroom toiletries, are provided inclusively throughout the stay.
Cleaning and change of linen are provided every three – four days for stays of at least seven nights or more. Initial and final cleaning are included.
High standards of cleaning are assured following the VRMA “Safe House” standards.

Security deposit to be paid before arrival is € 500.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking as a 'caparra confirmatoria', i.e. confirmation deposit. Remaining 70% payment is due no later than 15 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of € 500.00. The damage deposit is payable 15 days prior to arrival. It will be refunded on 14 days after check-out, provided no damages have occured to the property and its content.
As a general policy in case of cancellations notified prior 16 days before arrival, the 30% confirmation deposit will be refunded in full. In case of refund, Arcenorentals shall retain any credit card or bank fees incurred. For cancellations notified from the 15th day before arrival full payment will be due and retained.
We strongly advise that Guests take out insurance (comprehensive) before their arrival. We accept no responsibility for personal injury or loss during your stay. Nor will we accept responsibility for cancellations or delays caused by transport providers, illness, pandemic, riots, war and any unpredictable forces of nature and for inaccessibility of the house due to any of the above reasons. In the latter case our Company will endeavour, if possible, to arrange for an alternative and equivalent accommodation in the area of Castelnuovo Berardenga as we deem it suitable.
Situated within the private Estate of Arceno, Casa Rossella a quiet romantic gem set within vineyards in the South of Chianti is in easy reach of many local facilities. The local town Castelnuovo is a five minute drive away and Siena the nearest city with all its attractions is a twenty minute drive. Florence, Siena's historical rival, is no more than an hour away. The area surrounding Arceno is full of restaurants and wineries. Our free Concierge Service is available for bookings, tours and special requests and events.
