In the south of the wine producing Chianti region in Tuscany, lies the medieval and picturesque village of ‘Villa a Sesta’. Here set within its heart is the delightful and independent ‘Villa Delizia’.
With spectacular views over the Chianti and Siena, ‘Villa Delizia’ is a traditionally built Tuscan house with the accommodation set over the first floor of the building. The detached, independent garden is equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbeque.
Renovated to the highest standards with modern comforts the Villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi. Combining modernity with tradition Villa Delizia is furnished in a Tuscan style with an up to date kitchen and bathrooms.
‘Villa Delizia’ is composed of a spacious living/dining room with fireplace with a separate kitchen on one side. A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, the second bedroom has twin beds (that may be adjoined) and a bathroom with shower. A study with sofa connects the living room with the second bedroom. The living room boasts a balcony with spectacularly open views southward over the hills of the Chianti to ‘Le Crete’ and Monte Amiata with Siena to the west.
The garden, few metres away from the Villa, offers a relaxing space with a gazebo, outdoor furniture with a table where to dine al fresco and have a BBQ or to sunbathe sitting on the sunbeds or under the sunshades.

Bringing Tuscan Dreams Alive
Arceno Rentals Club provides complimentary Concierge services to enhance our Guests’ experience and to assist them in organising a true Tuscan holiday. Assistance is provided from the moment of the reservation until the end of our Guests’ stay at the property.
Our Guests are assisted by a dedicated English speaking Concierge. Their Tuscan experience may be personalised according to their wishes. Activities may be planned well in advance to ensure the best of all options. Transfers may also be organised. Our Guests are welcomed in person at the Villa and supported on arrival with all necessary information regarding the property and the local surroundings.
During their stay the Guests are able to reach our local Team for assistance at any time.
We wish to make our Guests feel at “home” and enjoy all amenities that Tuscany may offer. A generous complimentaty Welcome Hamper is offered with selected wines and food upon arrival.
Hospitality amenities, (including house wine, spirits, coffee, oil and house consumables), along with selected bathroom toiletries, are provided inclusively throughout the stay.
Cleaning and change of linen are provided every three – four days for stays of at least seven nights or more. Initial and final cleaning are included.
High standards of cleaning are assured following the VRMA “Safe House” standards.

Security deposit to be paid before arrival is € 500.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking as a 'caparra confirmatoria', i.e. confirmation deposit. Remaining 70% payment is due no later than 15 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of € 500.00. The damage deposit is payable 15 days prior to arrival. It will be refunded on 14 days after check-out, provided no damages have occured to the property and its content.
As a general policy in case of cancellations notified prior 16 days before arrival, the 30% confirmation deposit will be refunded in full. In case of refund, Arcenorentals shall retain any credit card or bank fees incurred. For cancellations notified from the 15th day before arrival full payment will be due and retained.
We strongly advise that Guests take out insurance (comprehensive) before their arrival. We accept no responsibility for personal injury or loss during your stay. Nor will we accept responsibility for cancellations or delays caused by transport providers, illness, pandemic, riots, war and any unpredictable forces of nature and for inaccessibility of the house due to any of the above reasons. In the latter case our Company will endeavour, if possible, to arrange for an alternative and equivalent accommodation in the area of Castelnuovo Berardenga as we deem it suitable.
‘Villa Delizia’ is situated in a small quaint medieval village ‘Villa a Sesta’ in the south of the Chianti region in Tuscany, between the walled village of San Gusmè, the ‘borgo’ San Felice and the Baronial ‘Castello del Brolio’. Villa a Sesta sits in the low Chianti hills, among vineyards and olive groves, with outstanding vistas toward the south dominated by the silhouette of Monte Amiata.

Each year on the first Sunday of October the village of 'Villa a Sesta' hosts the ‘Dit’Unto’ festival, becoming the Chianti capital of ‘finger food’. One cannot miss some of the most famous restauranteurs in the Chianti area and beyond, showcasing their best dishes in stalls scattered through the village, accompanied with wine, craft beer and music performed by live bands!
